Submission Guidelines

IMedRIS Electronic IRB

The Trinity Health Of New England electronic IRB can be accessed at https://stfrancis.imedris.net.

Any submissions made to the IRB need to be made electronically. IRB submissions include:

1. New study submission
2. Study Determination
3. Reapproval Form
4. Closure Form
5. Amendment Form
6. Protocol Deviation Report Form
7. Unanticipated Problem and Adverse Event Form
8. Unanticipated Tracking Form
9. Conflict of Interest/ Financial Disclosure Forms
10. All materials must be submitted to the IRB via iRIS two week prior to the IRB meeting date in order to be reviewed. IRB meeting deadlines dates is located under Meetings & Submission Deadlines
