Steps we’re taking to help keep you safe
Screening & Testing
We require temperature and symptom screenings for every person who enters our facilities. We also test all patients prior to any elective procedure that requires an overnight stay regardless of whether or not they have symptoms.
Limited Visitors
Trinity Health Of New England is implementing a modified visitor restriction policy. The visitor policy changes are based on a thoughtful and strategic planning measure in order to properly adjust to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.

Enhanced Cleaning
Increased the frequency and intensity of our facility cleaning, using robust disinfecting processes and paying special attention to follow new CDC guidelines.
Required Masking
All staff, patients and visitors must wear a mask at all times in our facilities. For those who don’t have a mask, we will gladly provide one.
Social Distancing
Changes have been made to our processes and facilities to create spaces which permit social distance.
COVID-Free Zones
We have identified COVID-Free Zones in all our facilities, this means we provide care only for people not known to have COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms in these spaces.
Virtual Care
We have increased virtual care options, including video and over-the-phone appointments.
