More Information

This option allows you to schedule an online video visit with your provider when it’s convenient for you. A video visit is an easy way to be diagnosed and treated for common minor medical conditions. A Trinity Health Of New England provider will connect with you during your scheduled appointment and offer a diagnosis and treatment plan.

To schedule a virtual visit:

  1. Schedule your visit
    • Based on your provider’s preferred scheduling method, schedule an appointment when it’s convenient for you.
  2. Provider confirms appointment
    • Based on provider availability, appointment is confirmed.
    • You will need a computer or tablet/iPad or smartphone but no additional software. Have an audio device with a microphone, such as a headset or USB-connected speaker/microphone combo, that can connect so you can see, hear and speak with your provider.
  3. Video interview
    • Your provider will send you a message with a link to activate your video visit.
    • Speak with a provider about your symptoms.
    • Your provider will create a treatment plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.
    • Shortly after the completion of your visit, you'll be notified when the results are available.
