We accept Medicare & Medicaid assignments. Our office will bill your insurance carrier. Insurance plans can be complicated and we need you to give the receptionist the most up to date and accurate insurance information and show your insurance card.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. Patients may also pay their bill through our MyCare patient portal.
Payment is expected at the time of your visit for copays and services not covered by your health insurance plan or if you are currently without insurance. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, you must talk with a billing representative from our billing office to make payment arrangements.
