Your First Week
Welcome to Trinity Health Of New England! We are glad you’re here!
All team members attend virtual orientation, followed by additional on-site orientation for most positions. You will be emailed your customized orientation schedule. Along with orientation, you’ll need to complete a few important tasks during your first week. Use this page to guide you, and please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager with any questions!

New Hire Orientation
- You will be assigned multiple learning modules via our online platform called HealthStream
- CLICK HERE for instructions on how to login to HealthStream
- Your login information will be emailed to you no later than the Friday before your start date.
- You have the flexibility to complete your HealthStream orientation modules before your first day at a time and pace that is convenient for you.

- Please Note: All modules must be completed by 4:00pm on Monday
- This step will be completed through Webex on your first day. The Session ID and Password will be included in your “New Hire Orientation” email. You may be prompted to download WebEx, if so, follow the prompts to download WebEx. If needed, refer to these instructions for accessing WebEx on your device.
- This virtual orientation class is a required 2-hour orientation session titled the “Introduction to Trinity Health”. It is required for all new colleagues.
- It can be viewed on devices such as laptops, tablets, or smart phones, but is best viewed on device with a larger screen. Please log in to the session a few minutes early with your legal name.
- You will be provided with an overview of our heritage, Mission, Core Values and TogetherHealth strategy. Key topics include Safety, Integrity & Compliance, and Diversity & Inclusion.
- You will be paid eight (8) hours for the time you spend completing ALL the online learning assignments.
- We want the Orientation experience to be as easy and stress-free as possible. Please review your “New Hire Orientation” email for all links and instructions for your specific Orientation Date.

Once your orientation is complete, you are ready to work! You should have received instructions from your manager on where & when to report. If you did not, please reach out to your manager for assistance.
Setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
You will find instructions on how to setup MFA and access Trinity Health resources such as Connect Portal (Remote Access), Workday, and Microsoft 365 products from off-site locations on the Trinity Health Remote Access Help Center.
