She listen to my concerns & praised my weight loss unfortunately she didn鈥檛 send in my prescriptions for renewal/it was a 6 month follow up $ is needed every 6 months in order to get prescriptions continued
Previous interactions with this provider were very poor. I tried to avoid this provider. this time around things were good/excellent.

Lauren Phillips, PA-C was knowledgeable and thorough. I felt she understood my problems and concerns and she sent me for tests and also explained what she believed was going on in a manner that was easy to understand.
Lauren Phillips is the best. She listens and help me understand things that the Dr. usually is in and out and does not sit and talk or explain anything. I understand that they are very busy and that is why I had my children with a Midwife.
I have nothing additional to add at this time. My visit was terrific.

I'd never met her, have no idea if she was under some time constraint, was curt but efficient, and didn't include BP reading, pulse or O2 reading on the exit form.

Lauren Philips was absolutely amazing. I get very nervous going to the doctor but she was very nice and took the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable.
There was nothing to explain to me. My temp. B?P and heart beats were all normal. and the visit was a waste of time. I did explain my need to see a Urologist and she was professional and understood that i needed to see someone in Urology. I do not fault her with my inability to get an appointment within a reasonable period of time..
Will not see this provider again.
Really poor
Provider still has not communicated with me about elevated numbers in my lab results even after sending a message. Just overall poor follow through and an unpleasant experience overall

Not professional.
Laura put me at ease about my follow up ultra-sound explaining that the lump was most likely nothing to worry about. She had an ultra-sound scheduled just to make sure nad to put me at ease.
Provider Phillips seems to be a knowledgeable person. However the way she delivers information, and her demeanor with patients needs improvement. She speaks to people as if they are beneath her and not worthy of her time.

Time to be seen took a long time. Waited 40 minutes in a patient room before provider came in.
She did well overcoming my objection to taking blood pressure medication. She addressed the reason for my visit well by ordering appropriate tests and consults.

Bedside manner was very lacking. She was not polite from the moment I walked in and it seemed like I was wasting her time. She talked down to me like I was a child. If I have to have return visits, they will not be with her.
