The mission of the Women’s Heart Program at Saint Francis is to reduce cardiovascular disease in women through risk factor evaluation with professionally advised education and exercise strategies.

Our team includes a cardiologist, registered nurse, exercise physiologist, and registered dietician.

Services include:

Classes taught at Saint Francis Hospital and community group programming.

Classes include:

  • Cardiac risk assessment including blood pressure, waist, and BMI measurements.
  • Risk factor reduction and recognition of symptoms education.
  • Nutrition education.
  • Exercise program guidelines.
