Understanding Your Birth (Online)
Have you ever wished you could take a Prepared Childbirth class in the comfort of your own home? For the mother who cannot attend our onsite Prepared Childbirth classes, we offer our Understanding Your Birth class via the web! Understanding Your Birth is a comprehensive look at all things related to birth with topics including: the mechanics of labor-how a baby is born, pre-term labor management, and positions to use during labor that help to decrease labor pain and assist with labor progress.
This class includes a book that accompanies the online learning.
You will receive a PIN number to allow access to a website where you will find more than 50 video clips that show real-life examples of the subjects you are reading about as well as helpful Apps for your Smart Devices.
- When to Attend: During the second trimester.
- Access Codes are emailed out Wednesdays through Fridays only.
