She was just not listening to me, and also was thanking that she doesn't deal with the problems of whatever happens with the cpap dist, and the patient. Any problem i have for me to deal with them directly. That was said when trying to explain my situation. She wasn't listening to me that much, that she even wrote that i live-in London, Connecticut. Like i said i felt belittle.
