She sets the example of person centered care. Although this should not be exception, she has definitely served as a beacon with others default because of Congenital/developmental challenges.

Even though our telehealth visit didn't work out Sally and I were still able to talk on the phone and made arrangements to meet in person next time! It's not to hard to go there to her office and I'm glad she made it possible!
