This visit was a follow up from a hospital stay, It took about a half hour Dr. Ogundipe Was very thorough, went over a lot of information medication changes, different tests that needed to be done, labs, set up appointments with different doctors.

Regarding the survey item "Explains things in a way that you understood," I think if I leave without understanding it's my fault for not asking questions, and provider is very good at encouraging questions.
