I didn’t feel heard about possible options. She went straight to surgery. She said she had discussed with me in the past the outcome of the tests, which I don’t remember having any conversation.

I don't remember if the provider introduced herself and I don't remember her name. She was very late to my appointment time. I was scheduled for 1:45 and wasn't seen by the provider until at least 2:30. The process went well overall. She listened and was attentive. She was professional and knowledgeable.
