I was the last appointment and they took their time like if I was the first . I did not feel rushed at all.

I saw the APRN, Jolanda Brankowitz. She is excellent, and I trust her very much.
She is caring.
The only problem I had was with the blood draw afterward. No one was there so I had to wait abt one hour. Then she couldn't get any blood to flow out into the tube. She tried in two places but no luck. She said I was too sensitive and I would have to go back on a different day.
