The only thing that I don’t agreed with is that I felt like I was scolded for making an appointment for my mother to be check for an UTI when more time was needed for the appointment. I have no idea how much time is needed to diagnose and treat a person. What is important to me is for my mother to be seen when she is not feeling well. I spend enough time between the portal and telephone calls explaining the situation. It is not my fault that you guys don’t have the time to review all of the information before you see the patients. The day before this appointment I spend 20 minutes on the phone talking with Heidi and explaining all of the symptoms.

The issues was getting an appointment. I was hospitalized for a lengthy time. The Medicare rule is to be seen by MD; but no appointments were available.Jenn was available andI am grateful.

One thing I was not pleased as my medical insurance had ended and I was going to have new medical insurance on July 1 2024. I was not able to do labs. It was needed to get a full diagnosis. If it wasn’t for that I was very disappointed
