I would rate all of the following exceptional: making the appointment; parking; office; office staff. In my sixty four years, Heather Platt APRN was the best medical appointment I have ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, patient, friendly, intelligent and compassionate. I’m sorry it took me so long to find her. My husband has been Heather’s patient for a few years and I only wish I listened to him sooner. Heather Platt APRN is absolutely beyond excellent and I sincerely hope that I never have to leave her as my PCP.
