I recently had the pleasure of visiting Trinity Health and was seen by Dr. Fhamida Khan. I can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant visits I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Khan provided me with her undivided attention throughout the entire appointment. She genuinely listened to my concerns and asked insightful questions about my goals, which made me feel valued and heard as a patient. Her recommendations were thoughtful, and she provided excellent referrals that have been incredibly helpful. The care I received was not only professional but also heartfelt. I hope that I will be able to continue Dr. Khan as my PCP and that negotiations with United Health Care are resolved quickly.

My only concern was that when I was switched to Dr. Khan, I wasn't notified by Dr. Chaganti or giving a proper introduction.

This was my first appt. Looking forward to a positive experience and relationship.
