Dr Cruz is an excellent doctor who shows clear compassion and caring for his patients.
I can only say they are excellent in what they do in treating patients with respect and providing information they share to help patients take care of themselve.
I like Dr. Cruz’s calm demeanor, it was obvious that he reviewed my chart before entering, answered my questions and explained follow up

Dr. Cruz listens to me about any health issues that I may be experiencing. He always comes up with a positive plan to help get through a specific health situation. I was experiencing hip issues on my left side and he recommended an excellent surgeon to do the hip replacement surgery. Two months later, no pain.
This was an "annual" Physical so most of Dr Cruz's time was spent at the computer asking questions. He was very attentive to my answers.
I have faith and trust in this provider however the practice as a whole has room for improvement.

The provider is excellent. One suggestion would be that every patient be allowed to change for their physical exam and that it not be optional.

Again I can’t speak enough about Dr Cruz and it saddens me that because of insurance reasons I may loose the best Dr I ever had. This effect my whole family my husband and 2 sons who have a disability see him as well. It is heartbreaking to know as of June 30th this will impact myself and families life

If Dr Cruz leaves the practice, I’m going where ever he goes. He is the reason I’m still going there. You cut the lab hours and closed locations that were formerly convenient.

Again, Dr. Cruz has always been fair with me. I just wish he took his time and listen to me a little more slowly and carefully. And two right on the summary, when I was seen for today’s visit, which was what we talked about, chronic epididymitis and Belly pains. I don’t understand why that wasn’t put in. Where is this today’s visit? Instead it says we addressed high blood pressure and pre-diabetes which me and him hardly discussed. I’m only saying this because I save these and I wanna make sure they’re accurate. Thank you.
DR. CRUZ IS FINE, EXCEPT THAT I CANNOT SEE HIM WHEN I NEED TO, AND I GET ZERO FOLLOW UP CARE. It's like, maybe you have cancer? Or an ulcer? Okay, here's some referrals, good luck, see you in 9 months (assuming I wait on hold for 30 minutes to try and book an appointment). THIS PLACE HAS WAY TOO MANY PATIENTS, AND CLEARLY PUTS VOLUME OVER ALL ELSE, INCLUDING QUALITY CARE.
