Andrew Doben, M.D., FACS, has joined the Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group at Saint Francis Hospital.
Dr. Doben acquired his medical degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Maine Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in surgical critical care at Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine.
Dr. Doben’s clinical and research interests are focused in the management and reconstruction of the chest wall. He has extensive experience in the operative and non-operative management of chest wall injury and when necessary chest wall reconstruction. He is also trained in general surgery with advanced laparoscopic skills.
Dr. Doben is a surgical innovator and is a thought leader in the treatment of complicated chest wall injuries and surgical stabilization of rib fractures.
