Aleksandr Isakov, MD

Aleksandr Isakov, MD is a neurologist and interventional pain specialist with Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group – Neurology.

Certified as a Neurologist and Pain Medicine Board eligible, Dr. Isakov sees his role as a diagnostician, focusing on the neurology component of patient care as well as incorporating an independent pain treatment plan. He will work closely with patients suffering from chronic low back pain, neck pain, and headaches. Dr. Isakov is versed in all the approved interventional pain management treatments. He is dedicated to finding non-opioid medical treatments for patients including spinal injections (epidural steroid injections, facet blocks), Botox for chronic migraine, occipital nerve blocks, and others.

Dr. Isakov obtained his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Mt. Sinai Queens Hospital Center, followed by a Residency in Neurology at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Isakov also conducted a Fellowship in Pain Medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
