I have no issues with the doctor or the staff. I would say staff has improved.

I don't have to wait for weeks for appointments. If Dr. Tucker isn't readily available, the APRN is, and she's excellent. Additionally, when I send messages or request prescription refills, they are handled with a sense of urgency.

Dr. Tucker is fine; it's the inability to get a response that is the problem. I've been in pain for days and have not been able to reach someone to get the issue resolved. My insurance wants a prior authorization for the prescription. The pharmacy directs me to the practice. I have not been able to get a response.
