The new Trinity Health Of New England Urgent Care is centrally located at 856 Cromwell Avenue, just off I-91 in the Town Center West plaza. The hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

Taking urgent care to the next level of convenience, Trinity Health Of New England Urgent Care offers paperless registration allowing patients to fill out their paperwork at home or on-the-go using their computer or mobile device. Patients can also skip the waiting room by getting “in-line” online. Patients have the option to sign-up to automatically receive text messages providing a countdown to their scheduled clinic arrival time. Patients will also be conveniently linked to Google maps through their smart phone to assist with driving directions.
