Sleep studies are done from 8pm to 8am, 7 days per week. Staff is also available from 8 am to 5 am to take calls in the sleep center. Technicians are only in laboratory if a daytime study is being conducted.

Your sleep study is like an overnight stay in a hotel, only with our outstanding staff watching over you. While you sleep, one of our registered technologists will monitor your sleep and make sure you are safe. During the study, sensors will monitor the activities going on in your body, including brain waves, muscle movements, eye movements, breathing through your mouth and nose, snoring, heart rate, and leg movements. All sensors are designed to be as non-intrusive as possible, allowing you to sleep as normally as you would at home.
