The Saint Francis Pain Neurology Clinic aims to integrate the diagnosis and treatment of patients suffering from chronic pain conditions such as low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, joint pain, headache, and facial pain. Patients are typically seen in the clinic first, where the history and physical exam guide diagnostic tests (MRI, CT scan, X-ray, nerve conduction studies). Once a diagnosis is established, we provide a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to treatment that includes conservative measures (acupuncture, massage therapy), non-opioid pain medications, as well as interventional procedures (spinal injections such as epidural steroid injections and facet blocks, joint injections, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, Botox injections).

Disclaimer: The Saint Francis Hospital Pain Neurology Clinic does not prescribe opioid medications for chronic pain.

For new patients: Please bring any previous imaging, MRIs or previous procedure records to your first appointment.
