Mercy RX is located in the main lobby of Mercy Medical Center at 299 Carew Street and is open to the public.

Mercy RX is staffed by experienced staff who pride themselves on providing prompt, friendly, quality customer service.

Convenience for You and Your Health Care Team

At Mercy RX, we focus convenience for you and your physician.  We accept electronic prescriptions from physicians’ offices and have a dedicated 24-hour telephone line for you and your physician offices to order prescription refills.  Call us at 413-452-MEDS (6337).

Meds to Go Program
If you are admitted to the hospital, Mercy RX can coordinate your medications you may be prescribed at discharge.  Our team will fill your prescriptions before you are discharged and have them ready for you or your family to pick up before you leave-helping you get home and feel better, faster.

If you are in the hospital and need at-home prescriptions filled, let your nurse know and a member of the Mercy RX team will help coordinate your medications.
