Volunteer to be part of the Trinity Health Of New England Patient and Family Advisory Council

The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a group of volunteers, where patients and families join Trinity Health Of New England staff members to provide guidance on how to improve the Patient and Family Experience. Through their unique perspectives, they give input on issues that impact care, ensuring that the next patient or family member’s journey is easier.

Being a Patient and Family Advisory Council member means that you:

  • Have a current experience as a patient or family member at Trinity Health Of New England
  • Support Trinity Health Of New England’s mission and core values
  • Are willing to share perceptions with other members to help improvement efforts at the hospital
  • Can actively participate Council meetings, additional projects or activities as planned by the Council
  • Demonstrate ability to constructively express and listen to differing viewpoints
