Parking Assignments - Colleagues

Parking assignments for non-provider colleagues only are based on seniority (number of years of service with Saint Francis/Trinity Health Of New England). Colleagues have been notified of individual parking assignments via their Trinity Health email account.

As a reminder, all colleagues must park in their assigned area.

If you work Monday - Friday with shifts beginning at 7:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m., or Saturday - Sunday, please park in one of the following surface lots: Lot-A, Lot-B, Lot-C, Lot-D, Lot-E, or Lot-G.

Woodland Street Parking Garage will also be open each weekend for colleague use from Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Sunday at 5:00 p.m. This is for weekend use only. Colleagues should abide by parking assignments on weekdays.

Shuttle Information

Shuttle hours of operation:

Monday - Friday only
5:00 a.m. – 8:00 PM

The shuttle will run continuously during hours of operation.

Shuttle run times are as follows:

  • For your planning purposes, shuttle run time between Saint Francis and the Mount Sinai shuttle lot is approximately 15 minutes.
  • At each location, shuttles will wait 5 minutes after the first student has boarded before departing.  If the shuttle fills sooner, it will depart once full.

The shuttle will have one drop-off/pick-up location on Collins Street.

  • Upon drop-off on Collins Street, please enter the side door of the Patient Care Tower (PCT) also known as the Rotunda, near the Pulmonology Department.
  • You will be entering on the first floor.
  • No badge swipe is needed at that entrance.
  • Please note, there are a few stairs from the street level to the door. If students are unable to use stairs, please proceed to the front entrance of hospital.

The shuttle will pick-up students at the same location it dropped off, on Collins Street.

  • To use the shuttle back to the Shuttle Lot, students should exit the hospital on 1st floor of the Patient Care Tower/building 9, near Pulmonology
  • Students are encouraged to wait for the shuttle indoors.
  • Shuttles will be visible from inside the waiting area.
