Patient and Visitor Parking Information

Beginning Monday, August 19, 2024 the Frank Capasso & Sons Visitor Parking Garage will be open.

All patients and visitors have access to the Capasso Parking Garage or valet services.

Access to Parking Garage

  • There are two entrances to the Parking Garage.
  • Patients and visitors should enter at 114 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT, the hospital’s Main Entrance, proceed straight, and follow the signs to the parking garage entrance, which will be on your left.
  • Patients and visitors may also enter at 341 Collins Street.

Patient Drop-off and Pick-up:

All patient drop-off and pick-up, including admissions and discharges, will be located on the first floor of the Capasso Parking Garage. 

Valet Parking Locations:

  • Valet parking is available from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
  • Valet parking is available at the hospital’s Main Entrance at 114 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT. Follow signs to turn left into the circle.
  • Valet parkers will be charged a flat $5 fee payable at the designated kiosks, following a visit.
  • Valet parking is available free for oncology patients with appointments at the Smilow Cancer Center at Saint Francis. Cancer Center valet services are accessible at the Cancer Center entrance. 
  • Valet parking is available free for patients with appointments at the Comprehensive Women's Health Center. Women's Center valet services are accessible at the Women's Center entrance.

Handicapped Accessible Parking:

  • Handicapped accessible parking is available in the Capasso Parking Garage. Please follow signs upon arrival.

Labor and Delivery Parking:

When your pregnancy brings you to our Saint Francis Hospital campus there will be ample, safe, and convenient parking available to you around the clock.

  • Patients in active labor should use the valet parking service, available 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
  • If you are in active labor during overnight hours, please proceed to the to the second floor of the Capasso Parking Garage and check in with the security guard on duty.
  • All patients arriving for a scheduled appointment may choose any of the parking accommodations listed above.
