Quality Reporting
As an active and involved partner in your care, Trinity Health Of New England is committed to providing safe, high quality care for our community. Measuring how we provide patient care allows us to evaluate and improve the care. We measure care that experts agree is the best treatment for each condition. By making this data available, it allows our patients and their families the ability to make the best health care decisions.
The clinical data found on our quality report cards are combined scores of 56 Trinity Health hospitals in 16 states over a twelve-month period. Beginning in 2015, the data presented in our quality report cards will represent hospitals from across our entire health system. These scores are updated on a quarterly basis. The measurements are consistent with the ones on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Hospital Quality Alliance (HQA).
