Practice Policies

The following information is provided to ensure our patients have an understanding of our practice policies.

Aggressive behavior in the PVCA workplace will not be tolerated. Examples of aggressive behavior include:

  • Abusive language
  • Physical assault
  • Attempted physcial assault
  • Sexual language
  • Threatening behavior directed at Providers, staff or other patients

Any of these behaviors in our work environment may result in the removal from our office and be reported to law enforcement.

PVCA reserves the right to ask patients who are late for appointments by fifteen(15) minutes or more to reschedule. This policy is in place in an effort to provide timely service to each day's scheduled patients.

It is vital that our patients notify PVCA within 24 hours of their appointment if they are unable to attend.

Three consecutive missed appointments will result in patient being asked to seek cardiac care elsewhere.

Failure to maintain a testing appointment as scheduled could be subject to $100 fee.

Notification can be given to PVCA via Phone message to (413) 748-7095, or via MyChart.

This is not meant to be punitive, however, our goal is to treat all our patients in a timely manner and missed appointments are missed opportunities.
