Pioneer Valley Cardiology Associates (PVCA) has served the greater Springfield area since 1971. From its start as a three-physician group in one office, PVCA has evolved to a practice of over 25 providers providing care to our patients in two convenient locations. We have recently opened a third office in Enfield, CT to improve access for our growing CT based patient population.
Pioneer Valley Cardiology Associates providers can care for our patients at both Baystate Medical Center and Mercy Medical Center. Whether it is for emergency care, inpatient consultation and follow up care or Catherization, Interventional, Vascular or Electrophysiology procedures, PVCA Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) cover each hospital seven days per week.
We have a full suite of cardiac testing at our Mercy Medical Center location. This includes Stress Testing, Cardiac Monitoring as well as Nuclear, Echocardiography and Vascular Testing services. Our testing site is open for patient care Monday through Friday from 7:30-5:00pm.
Pioneer Valley Cardiology Associates is a dynamic business, which has grown as well in breadth of services since our doors opened in 1971. Every effort is made to maintain our competitive edge in the care of patients by reviewing our model of care continuously. As the market and consumer demand changes, so does our Practice. Our Physician/APP Care Team model is one of our most recent examples of continuing attention to the needs of our patients.
Our Practice Leaders are wholly aware of the need to attract and retain committed professionals and support personnel to staff our busy practice.
