Update Regarding Change Healthcare

On February 21, 2024, Change Healthcare experienced a cybersecurity issue impacting the healthcare sector nationally. Our health plan has no direct applications managed by Change Healthcare. To date, we have not received reports of delays affecting member care or safety.

While Change Healthcare has a downstream relationship with our claims processing vendor, our vendor took immediate action to disconnect Change Healthcare's systems. Our vendor continues to actively process claims received via SSI Claimsnet and stands ready to process additional transactions once Change Healthcare resumes their transmissions with our vendor. Please note that at this time, our health plan remains unable to produce electronic remittance advices for providers partnered with Change Healthcare until Change Healthcare resumes their transactions with our vendor.
