Sweet baby Gemma, born 7lbs 4oz and 20 inches long, was welcomed into the world by the caring team at Mercy Medical Center’s Family Life Center. Mom, Tera Falcetti, a Saint Francis Hospital colleague, says living in West Springfield, Mass., she was thrilled to know she had Mercy available as an option to remain close to home. Tera says she was happy to be at Mercy again “because of the great experience” she had delivering her first born.
Tera and Gemma were “cared for compassionately” by each member of the Mercy team they encountered, including nurses, providers, Food and Nutrition Services, and Environmental Services colleagues. Gemma and was later welcomed home with big hugs from her big sister Aria Olive.
