Gall Named Johnson’s Latest Colleague of the Month

Congratulations to Laurie Gall, RN, in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit or PACU, for her selection as Johnson Memorial Hospital's Colleague of the Month for September. The selection for this honor is based on the nominations of fellow colleagues who recognized Laurie for consistently "exceeding expectations, demonstrating excellence in job performance, and delivering exceptional service."
Laurie Gall, RN, serves in the PACU at Johnson Memorial Hospital.
Laurie began her career at Johnson in 1987 and she is a valuable member of the clinical team. Laurie in known for putting her patients first and doing whatever she can to make sure they feel safe and are comfortable after their surgery or procedure. Enthusiastic about supporting her colleagues, Laurie has served as a preceptor and as one colleague wrote, “she is an excellent teacher.” Laurie is also credited with providing valuable feedback and encouragement. In one nomination form, a colleague wrote, “I cannot say enough about the commitment and dedication she displays every single day.”
