Paulette Mitchell Named Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis

Paulette Mitchell, Nursing Assistant on 8-1, was selected as the January Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis. 

Paulette’s dedication to patient care, teamwork, and professionalism has not only made a significant impact on the Inpatient Oncology department, but has also positively influenced the entire facility. Her manager detailed examples of her exceptional patient care, reliability and dedication, being a team player, going above and beyond, and her positive attitude as reasons why she is deserving of recognition.

Paulette approaches every patient with kindness, compassion, and respect, taking the time to listen to needs and concerns, and ensuring they feel heard and valued. Her manager said, “Paulette brings a positive energy to our workplace every day. She consistently maintains an upbeat and optimistic attitude, even in challenging situations. Her willingness to contribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment makes her an invaluable asset to our team.”

Paulette’s nomination concluded with her manager saying, “she is a role model for others and truly embodies the values we strive for in our Ministry.”
