Your Stories: Hartford Colleagues Participate in New Colleague Culture Experience Session

Colleagues from Saint Francis, Mount Sinai, and Hartford Market Medical Group locations recently took part in a New Colleague Culture Experience Session.

Comprised of 24 participants across various roles, colleagues participated in activities reviewing and reflecting on each element of Our Trinity Health Culture. As colleagues learned more about our Mission, they gained deeper insight into how our ministry has lived that Mission since its founding.

Colleagues reflected on how they have seen our Core Values lived out in their experience as colleagues and as patients to determine what goes into the vision of being the most trusted health partner for life. Participants discussed what could prevent colleagues from modeling our Culture Actions and how to overcome any barriers. They also learned about some of the ways we deliver on our promise by listening, partnering, and making it easy, and how all the elements of our culture framework guide us in creating an Exceptional Member Experience. Finally, the session ended with each colleague reaffirming their commitment to bringing our Trinity Health Culture to life.
