Congratulations to Saint Mary’s Hospital’s March 2025 Colleague of the Month, Andrew Nightingale. As the Facilities and Plant Operations Supervisor, Andrew is being recognized for demonstrating excellence in job performance and delivering exceptional service to colleagues and Saint Mary’s.
Andrew Nightingale, Facilities and Plant Operations Supervisor, is Saint Mary's March 2025 Colleague of the Month.
Andrew was nominated with high praise from a colleague in the Emergency Department, who wrote: “The Emergency Department can be a wild and crazy place. Things come up any time, any day, and we rely on other departments to keep it together. Andrew is consistently amazing! He’s answered my calls morning, noon, and night. Any request I’ve made—he’s made happen. Need side tables? He found them. Pipe burst at night. He was already on the floor. Weekend project. Done by Monday. He goes above and beyond! He’s always a pleasure to work with and deserves to be recognized for consistently showing up for our hospital!”
Andrew, ever humble, says he values the camaraderie in the Facilities department and credits his team, adding that he’s just happy to help wherever he can.
