Greg Wise

Dr. Greg Wise is the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Trinity Health Plan Of New England, and a Full Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He also serves as the Department Chairman of Family Medicine at Mount Carmel East hospital.
